Oxford Exchange is a high-end bookstore, shop, restaurant, and co-working space in Tampa, FL. I was contracted to paint a mural to cheer up the employee break area.

OE’s branding team requested a mural that was fun and cheery but also on brand. I studied OE’s architecture and decor to select playful colors and motifs hidden in the austere interiors. The final design calls to the building’s history as a hotel’s stables, tile patterns, palms in the conservatory, stacks of books, and the much-Instagrammed prism windows in the bookstore that cast rainbows across the room.
